Mais je vous jure que mon début etait difficile.Je souffrais énormément,je n'avais pas de mari ni de boulot et tout le monde me detestait. J'avais plus envi de rester en vie. 2 months agoDear adidas, i must say I’m disappointed in the quality of your product. My daughter just got Adilette slippers and boy was she excited. Today they got wet and she put then near the heating to dry. As a result one is now about an inch shorter then the other. Talk about a bad surprise, she only enjoyed them for 2 days

After about a month, parts of the outer network of the Kuchi were transferred, indicating the singer and the guideline of the purchasing agent was falsely promised. I bought the kuchi because I wanted it for Handball and the structure convinced me that it was a special factory for the Hand game and when I came back to the shop after cutting parts of it, the manager told me that this is not to be surprised when this manager refused to listen to me .. Two years ago my wife bought a sport jacket to me and I never wear it till this year. After wear it for the first time I put it in the Wash Machine and follow the instructions. Dear Sir/Madam. I have just received an order that I posted online. One of the articles was sent wrong (I asked for size S and Adidas sent size M). I contacted customer service in Portugal and I was very badly treated, the customer representative said I had to return the item and the size I wanted is no longer available. No apologies or empathy was expressed. Very disappointed with this customer service.

8 months agoMuy mala experiencia, como veo, no fui la unica. Uno trata de manejarse por "pagina oficiales", pensando que son confiables y terminan engañando tambien. Compre, en efectivo, unos botines de hockey, y 3 semanas despues me avisan por correo q el envio fue cancelado x falta de inventario, que elija otro producto con un 20% adicional o me reembolsan el dinero. Elegi un producto, de mi necesidad, mas caro, llame para preguntar como podia pagar la diferencia y me dicen q no se puede..osea q me vendieron algo q no tenian en stock, para despues de haber esperado 3 semanas el producto me digan q no lo tienen, y como minima consideracion un 20% que no lo puedo ocupar con un producto que realmente necesito?? Una vergüenza que una empresa de estas carcteristicas se maneje asi.

Hay alguna otra forma de hacer el cambio? Tampoco me deja completar el formulario de contacto, me dice que el nro de pedido no es correcto cuando lo ingreso. Necesito una solución. Gracias. Saludos
7 months agoI bought Adidas - Response 2M brand shoes from Morhipo.com website. As you can see from the pictures on the 2nd day when I wore the shoes, the front part of the right-hand person was torn-pierced. The product was sent to Adidas through Morhipo.com, but the user was notified of the error as a result of the review. I do not buy any products from Adidas after that. As a result we do not buy ornaments. We pay for the world and buy shoes to do sports. But unfortunately Adidas was not producing sport shoes but producing ornaments. I will put the shoe between the glassware in my shop.

9 months agoI have recently purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter and got a 300 EGP voucher to spend until the 31st of October. I had to go to a branch far from where I live to get her size. Normally to use the voucher I went to a store near me to find the sales person telling me that the voucher is not stamped and there is nothing he can do to help me. I should simply go to the branch which I purchased the shoes from. It is not my job to stamp the voucher, it is the sales person job who sold it to me and forgot to stamp it, why should I bear his incompetence. I told him the date I bought the shoes and the branch and showed the message of the purchase with my credit card, after waiting for 20 minutes he simply said there is nothing he can do. I am pissed off and surprised at the same time. The level of indifference and the fact the he felt like this is not his job made me feel like I am not dealing with a big entity or a big name but simply a shop that operates on its own. I am truly disappointed.
4 months agoBuenos días me comunico por todos los medios esta debe ser la n° 50 por teléfono e-mail y ahora por acá hace muchísimos meses (30 de Mayo 2017) que compre estas zapatillas y un par de medias las cuales quise hacer un cambio por defecto del producto que no me reconocieron pero tampoco me las devolvieron nunca me dieron las zapatillas, PERO SI ME LAS COBRARON , y cuando llamo para hacer el reclamo me dicen siempre lo mismo, que esta en depósito, hable con el supervisor Hugo Velázquez que dijo lo mismo y después me cortó la llamada nunca me dio ninguna solución, la verdad una vergüenza la falta de respeto y la estafa de la empresa para conmigo.

7 months agoCompre por Internet y OCA dice que me entregó el producto un día sabado. Cosa que adidas deja muy en claro que los envíos sólo se hacen en días hábiles. Tengo que esperar 10 hábiles para que investiguen y después 20 días hábiles para que me devuelvan MI plata por un error del correo. Es cualquiera.el cliente les chupa un huevo. No tengo ni el producto ni la plata. Yo no tengo porque esperar cuando el error es del correo. Háganse cargo y devuelvanme mi plata.

Dear Sir/Madam. I have just received an order that I posted online (APT00416062). One of the articles was sent wrong (I asked for size S and Adidas sent size M). I contacted customer service in Portugal and I was very badly treated, the customer representative said I had to return the item and the size I wanted is no longer available. No apologies or empathy was expressed. Very disappointed with this customer service.
8 months ago · 3Buenos días me comunico por todos los medios esta debe ser la n° 50 por teléfono e-mail y ahora por acá hace muchísimos meses (30 de Mayo 2017) que compre estas zapatillas y un par de medias las cuales quise hacer un cambio por defecto del producto que no me reconocieron pero tampoco me las devolvieron nunca me dieron las zapatillas, PERO SI ME LAS COBRARON , y cuando llamo para hacer el reclamo me dicen siempre lo mismo, que esta en depósito, hable con el supervisor Hugo Velázquez que dijo lo mismo y después me cortó la llamada nunca me dio ninguna solución, la verdad una vergüenza la falta de respeto y la estafa de la empresa para conmigo.Ñ
7 months ago · 1I’m a football fan and I will NEVER purchase a single pair of cleats from Adidas again !! I purchased a pair of Yessy cleats for my son from Stock X, paid almost $300 CAD for them. He treated those cleats like gold and would only wear them for game days. Not 8xs wearing them one of the cleats snapped. I contacted Adidas and was told that they would not replace them because they were not purchased from one of their stores ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME !?!? They are CLEARLY an Adidas product and you won’t stand behind your name brand ??? Very disappointing Adidas !!!! 🏈😡

7 months agoHELP PLEASE! Can anyone tell me where do I find the contact of Adidas customer service without asking me for a “order number”? My husband got this really nice reading glasses 👓 from Adidas that he needs on a daily basis, constantly to do anything and after 3months of the warrant had expired the glasses 👓 broke on a weak point ( nose piece that secured the glasses ). We contacted the shop in Interlaken Switzerland 🇨🇭 where we got the glasses 👓 and they called the provider but they said they don’t have a replacement 😱😱😱😱 So the “correction they made is terrible and not just that but it broke again!!! It’s 3 months off the warranty! I’m sure something can be done! These glasses are meant to be really good quality 👓 and they were expensive too ☹️ Can’t believe there is no replacement! Can anyone indicate the right number, email, Twitter, etc... to try contacting the brand itself to try to sort this issue out? Thank you 🙏🏻😊

New rules: - you order shoes from online store, delivery time 6 working days - after 6 days you call and ask when will be delivery because you didn’t receive any msg. Nobody can answer for your question. You call everyday but also don’t receive clear answer. - after 14 days you receive info that your order was cancelled without information about reason, you will receive money back in next 14 days and as recompense you can receive coupon for 25% discount for next order 😀

8 months agoUna pasión nacional asta q te tienen q atender un reclamo y no sea hacen ni cargo. Compré un pantalón Adidas lo usé 3 horas y se rompió hice el reclamo y no me lo cambiaron. El encargado del local me dijo q esos pantalones son así. Osea que venden mercadería de mala calidad sabiendo y lo venden igual.no les compro más ni a Adidas ni a solo deportes
